The Challenge
The service networking market is highly fragmented, often resulting in inefficiencies for both providers and consumers. SNAB aimed to streamline the connection between these groups by designing an intuitive digital platform. The challenge was to deeply understand user needs, develop an optimized workflow, and create a prototype that clearly showcased the app’s potential impact.
The Vision
The objective was to build an app that simplifies service networking, enabling users to easily find and connect with trusted professionals. The platform needed to offer seamless navigation, user-friendly interactions, and clear service categorisation, all while maintaining a modern and attractive design.
Our Approach
We adopted an iterative design process that began with research-driven workshops aimed at identifying user pain points and business objectives. Building on these insights, we developed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate the app’s functionality and user experience. The design phase prioritised clarity, accessibility, and intuitive interactions to ensure ease of use.
