The Challenge
The opinion research sector was facing friction in terms of time, accessibility and accuracy. Nazzr wanted to change this paradigm with an end-user centered solution - allowing anyone to answer (or create) surveys with ease. The biggest complexity lay in designing an experience that worked in real time, with efficient data management and an inclusive approach.
The Vision
The vision was to create a platform where brands, organizations and individuals could gain insights quickly and with precise segmentation. The app had to be appealing, simple and rewarding for participants, while offering clients a powerful tool for managing campaigns, rewards and results in real time.
Our Approach
During the Discovery Phase, we held collaborative sessions with the Nazzr team to map out functionalities, user journeys and flows between the different modules (app, dashboard, back office). The experience was designed from the outset as mobile-first, with gamified mechanics, tiered incentives and a simplified survey logic - all supported by a robust data engine. At the same time, the design was developed in Figma with a focus on accessibility, iterative testing and future scalability.

The Impact
Even at an early stage, Nazzr has revealed its potential as a disruptive platform in the market research sector. The gamified and simplified approach has led to a substantial increase in response rates and the quality of the data collected. The ecosystem allowed the team to launch campaigns with QR codes, build user loyalty through an 18-level incentive system and create surveys with just three questions - all with segmented results in real time.
