The Challenge
Perkzai required a comprehensive digital solution to streamline employee engagement by simplifying and improving access to benefits, while also promoting employee presence at company offices. The challenge was to develop an ecosystem that seamlessly connects employees, HR teams, and service providers, delivering an engaging and intuitive user experience across multiple platforms. In this ecosystem, the mobile application is dedicated to end users, the backoffice system is designed for company use, and the website serves as the brand’s online presence.
The Vision
The goal was to develop a platform that provides employees with a unified experience for accessing benefits, checking into events and offices, and staying connected with company initiatives. The platform rewards users with points for check-ins or participation in activities and includes raffle draws for unique experiences. With a strong focus on enhancing the user experience during the return to the office and the organization of internal events, while also increasing operational efficiency, Perkzai integrated various touchpoints into a single, well-designed ecosystem – featuring a mobile app for employees, a backoffice for company management, and a website as the brand’s online presence.
Our Approach
The approach centred on delivering a cohesive design and development strategy that ensured seamless interactions across all platforms, thereby enhancing the user experience during the return to the office and the organization of internal events, while boosting operational efficiency. The mobile app was designed to provide employees with quick and easy access to their benefits and to facilitate office check-ins. The tablet app streamlined event check-ins with integrated scanning capabilities. Meanwhile, the website, built with Framer, offers an interactive and visually appealing experience that reinforces Perkzai’s brand identity and drives user engagement.
